Ecoplus systems have worked closely with the AUAS to develop an innovative range of ceiling tiles with extremely high levels of Class A sound absorption.

The Acoustic Plus Sound Absorber ceiling tile (1200mmx60mm) in 15mm, 25mm, or 50mm  thick provide a high level of sound absorption & control of background noise levels. They have been tested and measured by Auckland University Acoustic Services.

The Dual bloc 35 is a composition of the Acoustic plus 25mm with a 9mm sheet of plasterboard attached to the top service whist the DB 60 is the 50mm Acoustic Plus tile with the plasterboard.

Coming in a matte white finish, Ecoplus systems is proud to claim benefits such as rigid and self supporting panels with anti sag enclosed edges, demountable and easily cleanable and resistant to mould and bacteria.

 

 

 

Technical and Environmental Benefits

These ceiling tiles provide acoustic benefit, reducing background noise and reverberation, and having an NRC value of 0.85 for 15mm,  0.90 for 25mm, and 0.95 for the 50mm tiles, as verified by Auckland University acoustic testing.

Thermal Resistance values as tested are up to R 0.8 m2 K/W for 25mm tile.

These ceiling  tiles are light weight being 1.5kg /m2 for 15mm tile and 2.5kg/m2 for 25mm tile, and have a Fire Class rating of NZBC Group 1S as appraised by BRANZ.
